Marshall Law is a 5-piece hard drivin' Classic Rock cover band. While we play nothing 'lite' we'll mix up some Bad Company, April Wine, Skynyrd, and Top to go with the harder Sabbath and Priest for examples. Although considered a powerful band, we care deeply about the club partnerships we form and work to ensure the crowd has a great time while the club staff is not "over" powered to the point where they can't hear the orders. Utilizing its two guitar players, both who play lead and rhythm, Marshall Law shows why this type of music "works" with one guitarist but cannot be compared to the use of two, especially when done right!! Thanks for your support! Hope to see you soon!

Lou Angelillo
Lead & Rhythm Guitars

Uses a rare Gibson Les Paul Goldtop, a 1989 custom built Jackson Soloist neck thru, and a custom made Jackson by the late Doug Butts. He also uses a 1978 100 watt Marshall Master Lead Head with a 1973 Marshall 4 x 12 slant checkerboard cab loaded with 25 watt Rola Greenbacks. His pedals include Boss OverDrive & Boss Digital Delay and a Boss equalizer. His most influential guitar players include Sebastian Joseph Strazzula, Joe Satriani, Ace Frehley, George Lynch, Ronnie Montrose, and Chuck Berry. Lou's favorite bands include Kiss, Dokken, Bad Company, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Scorpions, Ratt, and AC/DC.

`
Rob DeFazio
Bass Guitar / Backing Vocals / Keyboards

Uses nothing fancy for equipment. Instead tries to put a little spice into what is usually pretty straight forward playing in this kind of band. Many bass players consider it ....well ....boring. Rob, while keeping the meaty backbone of the band with Joe, will spice up the mix but keep from "overplaying". With his biggest influences being John Entwhistle of The Who and Geddy Lee of Rush, it's easy to see where this type of play and "Feel" comes from. His favorite bands include many whose music has stood the test of time including Kiss, Aerosmith, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, AC/DC, Led Zeppelin, and of course Rush and The Who!!

Greg Venturo
Lead Vocals / Various Percussion

Greg has been a rock staple in Connecticut for over 25 years. He's Still Rockin! His uncanny ability to perform this type of material effortlessly is a huge plus. He has no concern over what is sung when and does not 'fall off' towards the end of a performance. His last song is as strong as the first. After watching and listening to Greg, it's easy to see that his vocal ability and range are exceptional, but listen as he does a Dio tune - You'll Be Amazed! - as everyone else who hears him is! But that does not stop him from using his power and range to make EVERYTHING he sings sound awesome.

Randy Paige
Lead & Rhythm Guitars

Randy has been playing all kinds of classic guitars and using vintage Marshall Amplifiers throughout his career. He has one of the best ears around so is a huge asset to any cover band and we're lucky to have him with us. He has a special knack of not only learning material no matter how simple or complex but has the ability to match the sounds in an unbelievable manner using a limited amount of extra equipment. This type of music 'works' with one guitar. But when you experience the power and drive of Marshall Law with Randy and Lou, we hope you'll be back again and again! His influences include Paul Kossoff, Angus Young, Malcolm Young, Eddie Van Halen, Ronnie Montrose, Frank Marino, and 1st instructor and long-time friend, Spirit Shaker's Shawn Norris!!

Check out some of this equipment! He uses a 1965 Marshall JTM45 Head on a 1968 Marshall 4x12 bottom. His custom pedal board w/ vintage Stomp Boxes is pretty cool too. Some guitars include a 1963 Gibson Melody Maker, a 1969 Gibson SG Standard, a 1992 Fender Strat w/ Floyd Rose tremola, and a 1980 Fender Lead II. These are Just A Few!!!

Joe Fiorello
Drums & Percussion / Backing Vocals

Uses a 1993 Ludwig Classic Maple Double Bass kit.  His cymbals include:  15" Zildjian Rock high hats, 16" Zildjian A thin crash, 17" Zildjian A thin crash, 18" Zildjian medium crash, 18" Zildjian China Low Boy, and a  21" Paistie Power Ride. Hardware includes DW 5000 double bass pedal, Ludwig heavy duty double braced hardware, LP Cowbell, Pro Mark 747 hickory sticks. His most influential drummers include John Bonham, Neil Pert, Phil Rudd, Randy Castillo, Vinnie Appice, and Stuart Copeland.  His  favorite bands include Led Zeppelin, Tesla, Judas Priest, Kiss, AC/DC, and Lynyrd Skynyrd.
